*Tutu sizing varies from standard leotard sizing. Please check what measurements to provide when ordering.
All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars). Prices are based on the sizing, design detail, embellishment and labour.
We do not replicate designs from other designers work, please contact the original costume maker if you’d like to support their work.
We also do not offer adjustment services and do not make base only costumes.
Please note the starting price remains the starting price, there is no reduction for removing elements. Adding elements such as fringing, feathers etc will increase the cost.
A $100 non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance and shipping costs due before delivery. The deposit can be applied to a delayed date if requested, but the timing is subject to availability.
No concepts or designs will be provided until the deposit has been paid.

The balance and postage costs are due on completion of the costume and are a payable within 3 business days.
Postage costs are extra. Shipping can be tracked via the tracking number provided at the time shipping on the Australian Post website.
All our costumes are handcrafted and may vary slightly due to available materials, colours and lighting in photographs. Colours will vary between materials and batches from the factory will have slight variations. While we do our best to colour match materials, however, we are only able to purchase what is available with our suppliers and cannot guarantee and exact match for all colours.
Production takes between 4-6 weeks. Please allow extra time when ordering your costume to allow for delivery and practice.

By making payment you are agreeing to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined on this website.
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.
CI Costumes reserves the right to change prices and any information pertaining to this website without notice.
Payment of balance and postage are due within 3 days of notification of completion.
Non payment after this period will result in the cancellation of your order and the deposit and costume being forfeited.
Returns and Cancellations
Ready to wear costumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene issues please choose your design and sizing carefully.
Custom costumes are made to your specifications and are non returnable. Please verify all design requirements and measurements before approving your design. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
If the measurements are correct and the issue is on our end, you can return the costume to us for adjustments. Adjustments take 3-4 weeks.
If the issue is on your end you can ship the costume back to us for adjustments (3-4 weeks) with a fee to cover repairs and shipping.
In the event of CI Costumes cancelling your order (excluding non-payment of balance) you will receive a full refund.
